ppbet Terms & Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the user ("User" or "you") and ppbet regarding the use of the ppbet platform and all its services ("Platform"). By accessing the ppbet platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

ppbet is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, slots, live casino, and other gaming entertainment for players in Bangladesh. The platform operates on the basis of SSL encryption and fair play policies.

Although these Terms are written in Bengali, if a conflict arises with any version published in another language, the Bengali version will be treated as authoritative at ppbet's discretion.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the ppbet platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old. Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from using this platform.
• You must operate the account yourself on your own behalf — using someone else's account or operating an account in the name of a third party is prohibited.
• Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses will be cancelled.
• You must participate in betting activities fully consciously and voluntarily.

ppbet may request a national identity card or other government-issued document for age verification. Refusal to provide this information may result in temporary suspension of the account.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Providing false details for your name, mobile number, email address, or payment method may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.2 Password & Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password completely confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the ppbet support team immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

ppbet reserves the right to verify identity at any time under its Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. In particular, payment may be delayed if the verification process is not completed at the time of withdrawal. It is your responsibility to submit the required documents promptly.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount at ppbet is ৳300. This limit applies to all accepted payment methods.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

ppbet will not be responsible for funds deposited through any method other than those listed above.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may increase if KYC verification has not been completed or if the withdrawal amount requires review.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500. Alternatively, depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must complete a 10x wagering requirement — on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are applicable once only and will not be granted to multiple accounts from the same household or device.
• You must accept the bonus terms and conditions before claiming a bonus.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit after receiving the bonus, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
• ppbet reserves the right to change or discontinue any bonus programme at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account in question will be subject to investigation.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. It is your responsibility to verify all details before placing a bet. ppbet reserves the right to make a decision regarding any bet incorrectly confirmed due to a technical error.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to different games and events. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or event page. ppbet may change these limits without prior notice.

6.3 Sports Betting

Quotes and odds displayed in sports betting may change in line with market conditions. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply. If an event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppbet platform:

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse — using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, providing false information, or attempting to exploit the system.
• Using unauthorised software, bots, or scripts on the platform.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Taking unfair advantage by exploiting technical errors.
• Misconduct or harassment towards other users or ppbet staff.
• Operating multiple accounts in the names of multiple members of the same family or household.
• Arranged betting to influence gaming outcomes (match fixing or collusion).

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure at ppbet's Initiative

ppbet may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Use of an unauthorised payment method.
• Bonus abuse or system manipulation.

8.2 Closure at the User's Initiative

You may request to close your account at any time. Before making the request, you should settle any pending bets and withdraw any withdrawable balance. Contact the support team for self-exclusion requests.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

The ppbet platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. If a session is interrupted due to a technical error, loss of internet connection, or any other reason, the situation will be resolved in accordance with ppbet's policies. However, ppbet is not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).

12 Changes & Amendments

ppbet reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to users' accounts. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you are considered to have accepted the new Terms.
